Brief Description Of All Master(s)

1.Student Master: Section wise Student Information Form and also relate  another student  who was already studying .
2. Class/Section     Master: Creation Of Class Of its relevant Section.
3. Exam Master: Creation of Exam(s) Unit ,Term and Final .
4. Legend Master Grading System given here A+,A,B+,B,C,D
5. Comment Master: It’s a text Matter shown in Printed Mark sheet according to student gets percentage of Exam.
6. Subject Master: There is all subject Creation in used in school.


Brief Description Of Transaction(s)
1. Class wise     Teacher: Configure the all teacher to his/her Section
2. Class wise     Subject: Configure the subjects to class/section and also give parameters
      to every subjects like optional, graded, compulsory.
3. Marks Entry: Enters Marks to Every Student.
4. Marks verify: There is form which update the HIC(Highest in Class),HIS(Highest
      in  Section) and RANK to subjects and student respectively.
5. Allowed Student: Allowed Student means some student was not attempting any exam so we used this form to allowed the student to particulars exam.
6. Exam Roaster: There are many type of roasters available in full version of software
   but basic three are Blank, Verify, Processed. (It’s a Excel File for giving hard copy for writing students marks.(BLANK), In Verify, Marks Shown in File (can’t Editable) )

1. Head Master: Creating of All Heads.
2. Other Head Master: Creating of All Other Heads .
3. Quarter Master: In this form configure the ‘Fees Taking Criteria’ i.e.
     Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.

1. Linking Of Head & Quarter: As the name Of Form , To configured the
    Head , Quarter,  Head’s Amount. All Entry was Class Wise.
2. Fee Receipt: Charge the Student Wise with the reference of Quarter. There areTwo type Fees receiving(BANK ,SCHOOL) with printing.
3. Other Charges: Other Fee receiving Receipt with printing.
4. Teacher Receipt: Section Wise Teacher Receipt.

Utility Forms/Procedure:

1. Generate Mark Sheets: The main feature of this form you can Printing of
      mark sheets. There are two type — Marks Sheets And Grade Sheet. Both Procedures
      are Print Directly to Printer and Ms Word File.
2. Result: This Form runs depending some .DLL Files where are all promotion
    criteria (Passing percentage) are pre- defined and finally it gives result of section wise  Students.
3. Change Result: After updating of the Result of every Students it is opposite working
     of Result form here we can change the result of any Students.
4. Create Session: The main feature of this form you can Create New Session and
    this form wizard type and giving some values to it automatically transfer pass student to new session and other information too.

1- Every user has own user id or password.
2- Every user has different types of permission.
